ok i dl it and when i tried to log on i get a message that saids "the md5 digest do not match"(code: 403)
WHAT DOES THAT MEAN...AND CAN IT BE FIXXED

ok... i have never heard of that one try a soft reset and if that doesnt fix it theres three sprint touch update cabs and one includes the im app so try to uninstall and reinstall. tell me how that works and we'll go from there

ok i did it and now i get the message "Request could be completed." (code: 3)

huh thats weird i didnt ever get that error..... ill see if i can find a fix for that but im not sure that there is... your having bad luck with this lol you might have to do a hard reset and try everything all over again....... im beginning to wonder if you got a faulty phone....

sorry for the double post bro but the reason that it is not working is because you on the mogul and that was meant for the touch... just looked at the title.
