Windows Vista theme?

I'm kinda new in all of this... this is my first PC phone and I'm kinda lost... How I make my touch that have windows 6 to looks like it have windows vista... i mean in the start bottom? can anyone help me out with this. THanks!

you will need to get wisbar advance which cna be found on the site search for it under internal search and than go to lakeridgeforums.com and find a vista skin that you liek and you will be good to go .

or i installed i made a vista theme over here on AMJ if you want to look at it u can find it in the mobile themes section on the sidebar have fun bro
