i got a custom rom on my wing and it came with touchflo i want to remove it

you cannot do that. a rom has stuff built into it just like the stock one and when it is on there you cannot delete it from the rom. so if you dont like touchflo your going to have to go with a different rom since it is stuck on there forever.
