well i bought this off of ebay for the mere price of 100 bux after shipping. i than sent the attached email to the sprint representative even though it wasnt the truth really but hell i need the mogul back since i gave mine to my sister for christmas. start at the bottom of the email and read your way up otherwise you will be lost lol. im stoked all it took me was one email and they will be having the bad boy heading my way. ill keep posting the emails that they send to me to keep you informed on the whereabouts of the phone. but heres the email remember read from the bottom up.
thank you finally getting somewhere lol... the 6700 would have to go back on the account if it wasnt for this and since it was broken and insurance i pay 7.00 a month for wasnt working for me since they kept saying that they didnt have any in stock was worthless. but i think the most similar to it would be the mogul aka 6800 since that too is a slider phone. this would be great if you could send this out to me as soon as possible so i can get the other to my sister along with the return envelope for the old phone. thanks for the quick response and getting this dealt in an adult manner unlike the reps and the local store. Question: 6700 cant be found anywhere around me in my areas and they wont even allow me to upgrade to a phone that is equal and if not mistaking would be called the mogul. my joystick has been broken beyond repair and have been to soooooooooo many different spritn stores to find one so i could use my phone and they all say they are out and they couldnty update. im furious at this point since i wasted alot of time and cant use my phone since it is on constant scroll.... i have been forced to use my sisters touch for a little over a month now but she needs her phone back and i need to get a working one. this is ridiculous and no customer should be treated in this way. where i work we would have replaced the item with one of equal if we didnt have it in stock not send the person store to store to get a working or new device. if there is no way to fix this problem what do i have to lose by leaving sprint?? seriously im not going to pay full price for a phoen when i can go to verizon or AT&T and get one at a 2 year agreememnt price and actually not be given hassle on trying to get a working device. please respond to me asap since i need a new phone and NO a refurbished one isnt going to work they always cause problems and never last long so either a new one or a mogul in replacement for it. i will glady send this 6700 back to you with no problems if you send a return package/envelope as i have heard oyu done with others. hopefully we can work this out in a timely manner because my sister needs her phone by this weekend and i cant go without a phone. hope to hear from you soon and hopefully we can work this problem out without having to take it to the next level.
