happy tapping

when I am using the happy tapping keyboard on my touch it will not bring up anywords for me to pick from I know it seems lazy but I like that after I put down two words and have the words lined up for me can u guys help me out and also how can I access the download page it says I do not have permission to go on that page did you guys change something

1) happ tap i dont think has that option but if it does go to start/setting/personal/input/happytaping keyboad/ find the auto fill or dictionary or t9 or something of those terms and mess wit the settings

2)you must join the members programs group and be accepted into it
