[ ISSUE SOLVED ] UNinstalling and Cleaning phone

I've recently installed several programs and am having some issues:

I uninstalled FingerFriendly Contacts, but it is still showing up in the Programs listing, even after reset.

I also installed cube and ever since it has been killing the load time or everything on my phone, unistalled and it is still trying to run the .exe on reboot.

I wanted to default my phone and start again, is there anyway to do this WITHOUT loosing my contacts? Will this require me to re activate my phone with the carrier (alltel).

Is there a simple way to back up my phone so i can restore it if I install a buggy or faulty prog?

I love this phone...just trying to understand it!

you need to get the foiles out of the program file and the windows foder.

you can back up your contacts with actiivesync or through mail2web. look for my tutorial called fre direct push email for how to set that up. and you wont have to reactivate the phone off a hard reset.

yes u a program called sprite backup and make a backp of the phone before you install any program......

get yur phone back??????? not really since the programs are going to be wrote in the windows folder and the registry in some cases. so basically you can still back up your contacts through mail2web and than just reinstall. once you do it a couple times it goes by pretty quick and trust me doesnt take too long to tell the truth.

hi try sktools cleans up unistalls and has lost of extras found here on the Wckediden use search

Thanks alot weesii sktools did the trick for all yall Wckediden junkies sktools will uninstall bad files .The reason i did not download it was bc all the sktools i saw were for 6.0 and below ,but i install a 6.0 one and it work on my TOUCH pro 6.1 idk.thanks aain weesie

WM 6.0, 6.1, and 6.5 all are built from the same source code so no worries on apps not working.... any app (for the most part) that says 6.0 will work on all versions of WM 6.X
