How do I make my Mogul like D/\sh

I'm really new to smart phone. I just purchased the Mogul. I saw D/\sh on you tube. So I guess my question to D/\sh is, How and where do I get the programs from to make my phone like yours?

Well if you want it like D/\SH's then the best thing would be probably to go to D/\SH's Mods with links located on the link below. He has a lot of the programs that he uses on his mogul on there.
