Got the mogul today, have to say love it, wish it had sprint tv since bought serves, anyway i have the same problem i had when i tried to watch vids on touch. i keep getting " cannot perform requested action at this time, server is down, or cannot run application," so called sprint tect. they said i would have to down load a third party program called "flash light," have no idea what that is, as well as can't find it. so can you wonderful people help me with watching vids on the web. Not letting me watch videos is makeing want to get the blackberry pearl 8130. i want to say it is my serves that is the problem, but i am not sure. so can someone help me out. oh everything is stock, so do not have memory card past 512 mb

Another option is HTC's Streaming Media Player. HTC’s Streaming Media Player is a free application pre-installed on the latest Windows Mobile 6 HTC devices that allows you to watch streaming RSTP/3GP audio/video media such as from YouTube mobile by launching it from a mobile browser.

The CAB file also contains registry keys for 3GP MIME type so that when you click a streaming video link in your mobile browser, the HTC streaming media player is launched.

You may need additional dll files if you encounter an error which is rare. You'll have to search around to find this pack on the net. It contains the following dll files:

AYGSHELL.dll
COREDLL.dll
ImageDLL.dll
ole32.dll
OLEAUT32.dll
VerInfou.dll
WININET.dll
WS2.dll

These files need to be placed under the \Windows directory of your mobile device. If you get a warning about replacing existing files, DO NOT proceed.
