moving jpegs

i cant figure out how to move a jpg from my documents to the program files of my slide2unlock app to change my background...noob question i know, any help??

open file explorer > navigate to my documents, click and hold on the jpg file, click move to then navigate to the place you wanna put it...

also some people prefer to use resco explorer to move files around --- it makes it a little easier-- you can find the program in the downloads section
