Pocket PC Installation Creator Question

I'm trying to use Pocket PC Installation Creator to compile a cab file for my Dialer skins and I am having a rough time with it. I don't see any forums that explain the process, so here I am asking for help. I used TDial to create a dialer skin and I saved the project and it gives me a Skin file plus the folder with all the art to the dialer skin. So I tried by using the wizard and trying to fill in the blanks the best way i know how (which is none). Is therea step by step process that I can read to perform this event?

well im not really sure anyone on this site knows how to make an cab file. thats an hard step so that could be why you havnt found any info or tuts on this site but i am looking for info around the web for you to help you. if i find anything ill post it up for you.

How is everybody else uploading cab files that cantain their Dialer skin they created? i D/L a few and installed them on my phone. I must not be using the proper vocab concerning this.

ok man well im still looking for info to make an cab file so you can do this. i came across this and this actually shows you steps to get it to work from an cab file.

ok follow these steps in making it.

THIS WILL BE THE SETTINGS ONLY FOR THE DIALER SKINS CAB PROCESS

1. open the wizard.
2. under company put Wckediden
3. under app name the name of the dialer skin or whatever.
4. than under selection directory type %CE2%
5. click next
6. add all the pictures inside the folder for the skin and DO NOT check them
7. click next
8. under base directory choose desktop
9. leave next two blank
10. under short application description type the name of the skin like spiderman
11. click finish
12. click on builder under actions on the left of the screen
13. click build cab and your done

That works perfectly thanks cat. I was using "%CE2%\%AppName%" in your step 4. I guess that was the difference. Life is good!!

thanks for the help man. the cab file for dialer skins must be a bit different than the rest. thanks though.
