[SOLVED] Ultimate Launcher

Hi I am new to all this, I have just got my 02 XDA Orbit 2, also known as HTC Touch. I have been reading about how you can customize your device. I want to install the Ultimate Launcher so I can have the better Today screen, at present I have the standerd windows one and all i can do is change between differnt colours. Can someone please help on how I can install this app.

search using the green search button at top. there is a long thread on ultimate launcher which will explain everything

yup as mentioned, there is a thread on this, search for ulimate launcher. there are 3 videos in the first post which will fully explain the installation and how to customize it, if you have any questions read some the thread b/c everythin has been answered there there.
