can someone help me figure this out?

ive been having speed issues with rapidshare.com for days now. one day i just woke up and have been getting really slow download speed from rapidshare. i havnt changed anything or done anything for it to do that. i used to get around 300kb/s downloads but now around 10kb/s, ive emailed them asking what i can do and they didnt give me any solutions. everywhere else i download something from is still really fast except from rapidshare.

bro you asked this the other day and its something on your side since alot of others in the other thread told you already that there wasnt speed problems. please dont double post and thread closed.
