I am trying to download the SkTool using this link

but when i go to the page it says that i do not have permission to access it. what am i doing wrong?

Been disscused many time... Please search before posting..... you need to sunbscribe to a group.... Look in Dash's Signature for a link to let you sunscrribe to a group.... this is your last warning!! Please post and search correctly!

Go to the home page on this site, ang on top of the shoutbox you will see help desk flashing in red, and join a group, click join a group and wait for dash to confirm you.
