Immediate HELP Needed

I was just flashing back to the stock rom because of some audio issues and I followed youor instructions to the letter. I relocked the phone and after it relocked it said disconnect phone and reconnect and I did. upon staring the RUU udate it said that it could not connect to my phone. Can somebody help me with this ASAP. Thanks
