Could a person burn this to Dvd? If so how?

Dvd X , or Xillisoft, there a bunch... but this movie is broken down so much to fit the cell phone that it wouldn't be a good to blow it back up.

nice an clear best copy out there .. i just saw it on my regualr pc using quick time .. fyi make sure u watch the end of the credits ..
