need help asap

not really sure if i am posting to the right place but here goes. just got a new mogul inspired by dash's videos on youtube. and i don't know what i am doing. i pretty know how to answer the phone thats about it. all the tech languages you are using don't make sense to me and i have tried to read all the forums for explanation. so if there is anyway some one can explain to me how to download the themes and programs stuff that would be great. but please speak english i am kind of slow or just direct me to a tutorial with a STEP BY STEP intro or something. thank you guys.
