Quick questiion about return/exchange

I just cracked the screen on my few week old mogul, I know stupid me. Exp after I spent hours customizing and adding games/apps:triste:.

Anyway just wondering if I go to exchange my mogul/see if they can fix should I try to remove any of these programs/hacks I got? I wouldn't think they could do anything because it is mine, just don't want some BS like voiding the warnety.

You'll be just fine. Take it in the way it is. I have yet to run it to a somebody in person that does any of the stuff that we do here on this site. Damn I hate breaking LCDs!

it might be a good idea to hard reset before you bring it back jut in case you get one of the ppl that do EVERYTHING by the book and tell you that you can't do that...if you want to be able to put your apps on the new phone quickly run a backup program then put the back up folder onto your pc so you can just put it back onto the new phone with activesync

My personal opinion.. I woud use My Mobiler to see my phone while connected to the pc.. Back up everything to my PC and then Hard Reset. then bring it in! (Personal Opinion)

Thanks for the quick replys everyone. I am downloading my mobile now, seems like a pretty cool program. I will also do the hard reset before I take it in.

As far as backing everything up will my mobile do that or should I use Windows mobile device center?

What would you recommend for doing this? All I can get is my contacts, appointments, ect. This would save me hours if I could do this.

try using a program like resco backup...which can be found by doing a search if will make a copy of all your programs and settings (not contacts or inboxes) and then using activesync you can then copy the folder that it makes on your storage card to your desktop
