Hi everyone, I'm new here as you can see... Anyway, I've been trying for months to export my phone contacts into outlook and I just can't get it working. :triste:

Any idea how I can get this working??

THANKS IN ADVANCE....

give us more specifics, are you getting error messages? are you doing it through activesync? is it outlook or outlook express?

I have the Mogul, and what i was told that when I connect thru activesync then my contacts should upload automatically to outlook. But every time I connect the only thing I'm able to do is transfer files such as pics/music.

sorry for the late late respond...

Also make sure you have MICROSOFT OUTLOOK. if you do open it and make sure you set it up.. you dont have to setup the email accounts if you dont want to. If this doesnt work... Delete the partnership in activesync and create a new one!

Hey guys it WORKS :yahoo:... I did it like you said, I went to Microsoft outlook--->Tools--->Options--->Mobile Options to do the set up. I try to do the manual set up, that didn't work for me but theres an online set up link on the menu where you can go and do the set up there. Its very simple once you follow the instructions!!!! I probably did this the long way but it works.

oh and I uninstall activesync and re-install it, and did the setup... Now I'm good to go :yahoo:

Time to upgrade to 6.1 :brows:
