Error when trying to flash sprint leaked rom

Decided to try to install the sprint leaked rom since i hadnt given it a shot yet but whenever i run the installer it hangs at the "Verifying the information on your device" screen and then eventually shows me an error 320 - invalid command. Never run into this issue before any ideas what might be causing it?

why not post in the section for the rom im gonna close this thread....... keep all the discussion for the rom in the thread of the rom so stuff isnt disperced everywhere. Thanks
