I was reading through D/\SH's Mogul modding thread, and saw that I pretty much wanted everything.

After struggling with activesync (Ugh) for about an hour, I finally got it to load my Mogul.

I copied all the .cabs over and started installing them.
I finish with that and everything runs amazingly(Thanks D/\SH!) except for the Contacts.

I clicked on the contacts button and NOM NOM NOM My phone ate all of mine.

I looked through the pocketcm website, and searched on the forums here, I can't find what happened.

On the PocketCM site it says it doesn't work with SIM contacts, now I have sprint so I don't have a sim card, however I don't have outlook either(I use mostly open-source, AKA Thunderbird). So I have no idea if it ate my contacts or what, but they should be there, No?

I uninstalled the application and they still weren't there. I have no ideas left. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Duff

mmmmmm have no clue never heard of any contact program or program period doing this. when you uninstalled did you check and see if the contacts were there in the stock one? if not than i think you are vbasically SOL on restorign them unless you made a backup of some sort through activesync, mail2web, pimcontacts, etc..... sorry bro and hopefully it works out good for you in the end.

the contacts were not in the normal contact program.

does activesync need outlook to back up yous contacts?

I dont think it had anything to do with PocketCM.... I think it had to do with the active sync. The same thing happened to me when I finally got my active sync to work on my Windows Vista. Luckily I had my old phone that had my contacts. I hope you had all your contacts at least wrote down somewhere else!

Ah, okay. That explains it.

Yeah, it was right after I connected to active sync.

Do you know what the software did to erase it all?
