I recently tried to transfer a 200MB MPG Video file called "Lloro Por Barbara.Mp3" into my phone's 4GB storage card using ActiveSync. The process would begin, the upload bars would go about a quarter of the way, and then would start over. Any reasons why it wouldn't complete the transfer? According to the phone, nothing was actually transferred because the folder I created on the phone remains empty. Yet I didn't experience any problems when transfering 80+MB of mp3s. What's the problem?

Also, is there a way to play DIVX videos on the HTC Mogul?

Really? So then you can actually use an 8GB microSD card On your phone? I thought the limit was 4GB, which is what I'm using right now.

When you were uploading to your device, did the progress bar stop about midway and start again from the beginning? That's what I experienced when I tried transfering a 200mb mpg. It did it like 3 times before I decided to just cancel, assuming that it wasn't going to work.

Also when you connect your phone, does ActiveSync try to synchronize with your Outlook? Mine does even thought I don't have Outlook installed, so I just click Stop and then click Explore to do my file transfers over the phone. When I'm done, I just disconnect the phone from the computer. Is this the correct procedure for doing things?

Thanks a bunch!
