just verwrite the welcomehead96.png file in your windows folder.

is this sopossed to replace the vzw_startup.gif or the welcomehead.96.png cause his file is a .gif but when i goto over write it i get can not replace you dont have permission to replace this file or something to that point i tryed on my device and thru active sync i even tryed copying the windows folder to my hard drive and then unchecked read only but when i goto copy the windows folder back to my device i still get the error message as stated above i even tryed to uncheck the read only but it just automaticly reapplys it back making it so u cant turn it off any help would be great.thanxs
