Someone please explain how to use these file on my PPC read the noob area didn't find anything on this.

download winrar 3.71(search its there) on your pc. then open the rar file and get the files you need or extract the files to your pc

Got it a couple of hours after I posted but thanks to everyone that helped

you can also get pocketrar for your phone that way you dont ahve to deal with your computer :P
