How do u install dialer skin on HTC Mogul

I recently downloaded a spiderman dialer skin for the HTC Mogul but it wont show. What is the correct way to download and install on phone? Its a CAB file

First off, you need to post in the correct area. Secondly you install the can file from the phone and you need to have the Big Button Dialer installed first, as discussed many times. Then after the big button dialer you install the dialer of your choice. To Uninstall the dialer, go to Start/settings/system/Remove Progams!!!
