Is there a way to adjust the time it takes for the backlight of the keyboard to turn on and off? I looked around for a programs to adjust the backlight, or something like that, but didn't have any luck. Maybe there's a registry setting I can adjust, but I don't know. I found a setting to "Enable keyboard backlight auto sensor", but the setting doesn't seem to do anything
Does anyone know how to adjust the time it takes for the backlight on the keyboard to turn on and off faster than the few sec's that it seems to take right now? Thanks for any help in advance guys!!

that one setting you were talking bout turns it on or off... it would be a registry tweak somewhere to dim or brightenit but never looked into it to tell the truth....

ide actually like a hack that made the keyboard light more responsive... it takes like 5 seconds after open to come on which ticks me off lol

i think i got the registrys your wanting:
Registry hack for longer/shorter keyboard light
HKCU\ControlPanel\Backlight\
At the bottom you'll see a key that says QKeyLedTimeOut
Modify that key and change the D Word from 10 to whatever seconds you want.
Extend the timeout of the Keyboard LED
HKCU\ControlPanel\Backlight\QkeyLedTimeout
You can set it at 15 but you can have it set to whatever you wish
