How come the new WM6.1 roms don't have the new IE with the zoom capabilities.

becasue sprint didnt include it thats why they added opera to their phones so peopel can have the zoom feature.

The latest official ROM that I'm running has a zoom out capability that allows you to scroll on the page and tap to zoom back in. Also, it could be because they included Opera and had to keep the IE to work with the Microsoft update.
