Hi-

Here's the problem (Sprint HTC Touch wm6.1):

Installs fine but when I click on the HHC icon it does something and then comes up with this error:

Unexpected error has occured in homecust.exe

so then you have the option to click details and it says

homecust.exe
file not found exeption
the system cannot find the file specified

at
openNETCF.drawing.imaging.IImagingFactory
createImageFromFile()
at homecust.homecust.buildpreview()
at homecust.homecust.ctor()
at homecust.Program.ain()

any suggestions?

best bet is to uninstall/reinstall the whole app, it's not that big, shouldn't take very long...

may even wanna download a fresh copy just to insure that you have all the correct files, good luck!

i found alittle something that might shed some light:

from website below:
"on your computer unzip the file when you do that you should see another file folder double click that to open, you should now see a cab file with activesync hooked up to your phone open explore from activesync,double click My Windows Mobile Device.If you have a storage card installed drag the cab file there if not I guess you could drag it to your programs folder. Now from your phone go to file explorer search for the cab file wherever you dragged it to, click the cab file and it should automatically start to install itself.You'll be asked where to install it to, I have it installed on my storage card and it works just fine from there for me. Now I'm sure this will be a silly question but you do already have HTC Home Plug installed right?" - sneakyp_86
