ok today i just bought my mogul and t tryed to upgrade it to wm6.1 and when i went back in my room it said something happen and i could not complete and now i have a phone with a red green and blue screen and i dont know what to do

bro, BJ already told you to post in the thread that you downloaded the ROM from, so that you problem can be addressed properly from people with the SAME ROM.....i'm not sure what's not understood about that, but i will leave this thread here for now, but you have been warned twice..another problem like this and you will be banned...pm if you have questions...please read the rules
