just got done looking at DHARVEY'S BLACK VISTA ROM
the things i liked about were basically everything 'is there and rom similar to that

there may be a rom similar to that for the tilt you just have to dig and seeing that you have the tilt you can get programs that can create similar themes to that nature by using programs like wad!
