Need Help

Not exactely sure what is happening with my Touch. All of a sudden, it started strange. I couldnt get to my contacts, then it became real sluggish, and not it freezes up on me all the time. I have to take the battery out to reset it. I tried removing the customizer I had, but it did not solve the problem. Lost and hopeless. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

time for a hard reset...... you will lose everything so back up your contacts and anything else important. than hold the green and red buttons down while soft resetting and follow the steps.
