Fantasy racing league

I hope this is the right place for this. Anyway here we go. I own a fantasy racing league. I am in need of a website re-design. I was wondering if anyone will be willing to help me out. My league is relatively new. I dont have much money to pay anyone. But we could start off with a FREE entry to the league. That would be for starters. Possibly down the road payment could be arranged.

Well this is my website now. I just need a redesign I guess you call it. Make it more eye catching.
