its just taking the original files from the windows folder for manilla and skinning them to look the way you want... and in the future please make your own thread since your question didnt have anything to do with the theme itself.

there site has gone down and they have taken all links with them from what i can see.... hopefully another member or staff still has this if not will be moved t recycle within 24 hours.
