i know on some lower rate phones they have a separate folder for saving texts in a separate area... i started getting some texts that i really want to save but when i click on the text and go to menu-move... it only gives me deleted items, drafts, inbox, outbox, and sent items
my question is if there is a way to create another folder that i wouldnt end up deleting
(im one of those people that goes threw like 1000 txts a day and i frequently earase them because the batter dies too fast)
Thanks

Unfortunately, this is not a built in feature. And yes, you will have to resort to third party applications. Here are a couples of free software that you can use:
SMSSync - http://brianhama.com/Software/SMSSync.aspx
PowerSMS - http://www.trinketsoftware.com/powersms/
Jeyo Mobile Companion lets you send/receive SMS right from Outlook on your computer as well.

remember to hit that rep or thank you button.

+1 you read my mind onthe pimbackup.... but i dont think that there is a way that you can save them and all..... the best that you could do is copy and paste the sms and than add it to a word document and just store the word document on your storage card......
