Can anyone tell me how to import my calendar data, (from Palm Desktop
export file), into the HTC PPC6800? What tool(s) do I need to get?
Does anyone know of a tutorial/how-to to learn about how Active Sync works
vs how Palm Hotsysnc works?
Is there a backup program (to save contents of internal flash memory
on a microSD card)?
Thanks

Hotsync with outlook instead of palm desktop. then sync your wm phone to Activesync and it will pull over your contacts and calendar.
They are both pretty self-explanatory applications. Activesync will auto-open and set up a partnership with your phone when you plug it in. A wizard comes up for you to set it all up. If you have any questions about that part just post them in this thread.
Backing up stuff should really be done to your computer as opposed to a microsd card. You can use programs like Sprite Backup to do this. Be more specific as to what you want to be backed up.

Palm Desktop 4.1.4E (outlook hotsync conduit) does not support Outlook 2007?
Is there any other way to get the Palm data to the phone?

I just wanted to have a 'disaster recovery' backup in case I had/have to cold reset. Ideally, what ever was on the onboard flash memory filesystem and the microSD
filesystem. I have a few SD cards so i could back that up onto another one.
My laptop backup (Acronis True Image 10) runs at 4am daily,
Could I leave the phone in its dock overnight and run a XP based
backup on a schedule to create a backup image?
