hey watsup every1, so far ive looked all over the web and this is by far the best.

im trying to download a theme and after searching all over i came to the conclusion, that to run certain themes i need a program for the theme? also i cannot find the windows folder. ok thanks in advance

yes... 6900/TOUCH/VoGUE...Also, if you want us to even help you, you may want to tell what files or where it told you, you needed another program to use them... Please be specific..

I'm guessing the directions for the theme tell you to put all the files in the windows folder. You'll need a program like total commander to be able to browse hidden folders like the windows folder. I've attached total commander for you. All you have to do is install the cab file and then you can copy and paste the theme files into your windows folder.

attaching total commander wont help in my view my friend, can you link us to the theme you are trying to install? we can easily take it from there
