this is alot better than my alien ware skin... i think... again this is only my second skin.... this matches my halo .tsk's themes that i have out (look in the QVGA themes and ull find them) this is very kewl! i want to say this...... but at the same time i dont... im working on a trottle launcher TF3D Halo theme... so ya... tell me what u guys think of this please! i really need sum feed back on my skins

Installation Instructions:

u need throttle lock
simply find the folder "throttle lock" under your program files, then copy and paste "Halo By legend2700" under your skins folder
then select it under your "config throttle lock" app and save!
