my mom is tierd of her mougul and she wants the touch pro my skills only got me for her to get the upgrade early need sum help t get the price lower dnt wanna pay 300 help please

also the reason many arent having luck is because they said no more mogul for pro or touch for diamond replacements allowed period.... i found this out at work today.... but wait a couple months because the mogul and the touch are going to be placed on the retired list :> just cant say when right now but it will be soon :>

heyy dash i was on sprint.com today and i noticed that the touch was not there nomore that means i can get my pro now right?

yes i put all over the board the other day that the touch and mogul are retired now so upgrade away,.

shh they will order one in for you i had a ppc 6700 and they wante to just order me a new one.

no bro they will not thats asurion and not sprint....... and th reason they didnt do it for the 6700 to 6800 is because of all the time inbetween the releases as well as that the 6800 had a whole new os on the device ....

just the known problems, and take a look at the other 100000000000000 threads like this and you will find your answers.... i dont know why everyone is making a new thread all of a sudden for the same topic on getting the touch pro or the diamond. but its all good and just use the truth against them...... per example, freezing, bluetooth problems with connections, sound quality, major lag, dropping calls, gps not functioning correctly all the time, etc, etc,....

since i didnt kno it was retierd i getting a brand new touch getting ship to me im going to tell them that its having troble programming because yesterday my moms mougul was having a hard time doing that and she having a brand new mogul getting shipp to her so im just going to tell them that but how do i get in to the "I want the touch pro question how should i say it to them"

bro the same way we mentioned everywhere already, all you have to do is tell them the troubles pull all the things you can like been with you this long, this many lines, unsatisfied, what your phone is doing (known problems) etc,

sprint just told me that i have to take it to the sprint store and give them a call back is there a way to **** up the software or somthing

in the sotre all they will do even if it is ****ed up is give you a touch since they still have them in stock for sure..... but just microwave the device and before you do make sure that there isnt any water damage.

not really it is really hard to actually brick your device if possible at all..... jsut throw in the microwave for about 10 seconds or so...... but check the litmus paper behind the battery cover and make sure you dont have water damge otherwise they will say it was caused by water damage.

LOL!!!...... I mean really LMAOOOO. For some reason I keep thinking about that movie Grimlens.....

Anyway. Dude, Issues with the phone are, limited memory, freeze ups, battery drainage, charging issues, dropped calls etc. Just be like for what you paid for, that phone should wake up, feed you breakfast in bed while giving you a B.J. On some other stuff, just know that everyone doesn't always get the same retention offer and in some cases it may take you days before you get someone on the phone that will work with you. Someone's suppossed to call me back monday, but the offer given to me was lame. They offered me the exact same rebate that everybody gets off the sprint website. I've been with sprint since 2000 so I know they can do better. It's about patience patience patience. Gotta be patient. But if the phone is bricked, that may be your conduit to getting an upgrade at the store. Truth be told, I want to keep my mogul though. Good looking out with the info about the mogul going into retirement D/\SH - and there microwave thing.

hahahaha yep, all the mocrowave does is fry the internals because of the radiation.
