I dont believe there is actually one out there. I would try and flash from another pc if you can.... 64 bit vista pc BLOW.... i bought one at one point not realizing and after trying to install ADOBE FLASH ON IE7 and it said it was incompatible, i immediatley returned it.... I would try over at XDA (http://xda-developers.com)
