Yea, some programs are a pain like that, The simpliest way I know to do it is to us sktoolz uninstall program, it works pretty well. If that doesnt work, you can use a program like totalcommander to manually delete the programes files from the device, and a registry editor to remove it from the registry. I dont recomend the latter method if your a noob though. So try sktoolz first.

thats correct but you will never find it all and never run at the speed before it.... i dont understand why you dont back up the contacts and just hard reset or flash to a new rom... everyone makes a hard reset sound like it is a pain but i do them when i face small troubles since that is a warning sign for the future and you can beat thee way that the phone runs after a hard reset and i can get the whole phone the way i want in about 40 mibutes with a flash or 30-35 without.

True true, when you flash a phone as much as we do, you kinda get a nice rythem going and a system that works. I got all my files and cabs on my storage card broken down by apps, tweaks, themes, and wallpappers music ect. Just like you said, I can reflash or hard reset and have my phone back to the way I like it in 30 minutes top:) Practice makes perfect guys.

Those are all very good points and make a ton of sense but at what point do you get to truly use your device as intended. I don't mean that exactly as it sounds it's just that I use my Pro for EVERYTHING!!!

And 90% of these apps require re-registering. It really does get to be a pain.
Oh by the way, i have yet to find a program that better cleans all files from installation (including in registery) than MemMaid!

IMO Yeah you have alot of apps but when you Flash a nice custom rom and get rid of all that bloat ware on your phone it will run so much smoother and faster

what some see as bloatware others may see as daily tools. I don't lie when i say i use the majority of these programs on a daily basis. Be it for work (65%), look for crap i lost in the seat (htorch), go to pick someone up (sprintnav), so on and so on.
