If its not taking a charge at all, it sounds like the pins inside the phone are damage... if it was takin a charge, but not syncing it could be different, but you may have to trade it in if you got the insurance...

It is probably as Crazaytalent said the pins in your phone , if you have insurance i would just get it replaced..... Cause a hardreset would've taken care of anything you download to your phone.

You can try testing your equiment, by gently jiggling the chord while your charger is plugged in, see if it catches a charge inn any of the different positions, if so, try n gently keep it that way, and you'll have a temporary way to charge... if you really dont want to have to trade it in you can try some other, charger/usb to mini usb cable to see if they'll fit any better, you (may) luck out... but i think ultimatly youll have to get them repaired or replaced...
remember to hit that thanks /rep button if we've helped u... and let us know if you get it worked out...

Okay - I don't know anything, cause I'm a first class noob. Don't y'all go laughing too hard at me for what I am about to say. Wouldn't want anyone to get a hernia. I would like to say that I had a similar issue a few weeks ago with my hubby's mogul. We have a pretty harsh work environment, and there's all kinds of stuff floating around here. Anyway, I digress. Have you ever used a playstation? You know how the memory card gets crud on the pins and you blow in it and it works again? Can you at least try it? He had a piece of fuzz/crud in the bottom of the socket that kept the charger from seating/working. I took the battery out and took a metal pick and pulled the piece out of the socket, and put the battery back in. It's still working. It might work, it probably won't, but since it's a brick anyway, can't hurt to try. Good Luck!

Thats worth a try...
I wouldnt say its a brick tho.... its just without the ability to charge, its gonna be difficult to use, once it dies...

By "brick" I mean that unless you can get it to charge, you really can't use it much, unless you walk around with batteries so you can keep using it. :workout:
