Need help trying to flash

iIm trying to flash my Vogue to Updated Vogue Rom with New IE6 base 3.14


I follow all the steps run 2.31 unlocker the black screen pops up on my pc screen i follow the steps then my htc vogue goes into boot screen blue green in red i disconnect like it asked me too reconnect now what i do from here it just reloads my phone to sprint settings in want let me load the new ROM IE6 base 3.14 please help:PDT_Armataz_45:
