I was wondering if we can use the touch pro to get the xbox 360 internet connection.
Like instead of using my laptop to share network
can i just plug in the touch pro via usb and get my xbox online

yes you could but you would have to plug into your computer and run a program called wmwifirouter so you can make yourself a wireless signal for the xbox to pick up....

I dont think the speed of the connection and the sheer amounts of packets sent and recieved makes it a good connection... your going to be the one lagging in whatever game you play, if you are able to connect at all, get real broadband for xbox play, sorry

I agree, xbox live is better played with a high speed connection or else your connection will lag, and you won't even enjoy the game.

tried this a while back for the heck of it. It will connect to xbox live, but thats about it, connect to see whos online, and send messages is about all you can do, playing games is out of the question, will never have enough speed to actually play live games and connect to other parties, and in the rare case that it does connect to a live game, you will get booted because of the connection speed aka lag out.

if your just trying to use the phone as an access point... like if your neighbor has a killer connection that is unprotected, and you want to park you car midway, with your phone plugged in the power acc, and you were to use it to bounce the signal... yeah i think it would work just fine... or if you have a big house that would also work... dont ask me how, i know there are a few proggies that can help... i mean chastise me if im wrong but i think its doable... but definately not using the sprint connection
