Um you can if you want but the people at sprint wouldnt know you where running a custom rom i have sent them back like that before. And for the differences between Mogul and Pro. Where do you start lol , do a search on Touch Pro there will be a review on the site read up on it tell ya everything you need to know about the phone

Personally, I never send Sprint my phones back. After all, they are my phone. If it is a useful phone and your account is in good standing I will just sell it on ebay.

Dont risk it. Re-flash the latest stock rom and re-lock it...then send it back. Sprint can be a prick if your phone is modded and not honor your deal and/or warranty.

if they tell you that you have to you do have to otherwise they WILL charge you... if every person didnt send it back and got a new one sprint would be broke and not around at this very moment...... (same goes for all businesses. )

thank you finally someone with the same answer that i had..... def send it back and relock it and flash back to stock rom.... radio you dont have to worry about because they dont poay attention to the bootup screen and from my experience i dont either after i flashed thousands of touch pros for 24 hours straight upon release of it.
