Is it in the installed programs list? If so, try removing it from there, if not try a tool like sktoolz, perform a deep scan, and remove it through that. That should do it.

its as easy as deleting the file under windows/startup to stop getting that error. check if it still has a folder under program files, if so, delete it too. a cleanup with sktools as superman suggested is a good idea afterwards

Hey guys thanks for the quick response... However, I did delete from installed programs and checked out startup both in file explorer and through SK tools. Any other suggestions?? I just got my Pro Friday night and dont want to do a hard reset already.... Thanks.

it will be under the windows folder like mike said in the start up or the program files folder in there........ that's the only place it can be with that error that you are receiving.. you may also want to check out the regular program files folder to make sure that no traces of the app are left behind there... also check the installed apps area of the registry and make sure that no registry traces are left behind from the program you are trying to get rid of.

Dash, I have changescreen,ILock2,Opset,poutlook,Quickmenu, voice command and Wk task under Windows/startup. As for program folder its empty...
The regular program files folder was checked before I originally posted and found two files that I deleted. ALso I reinstalled Sunscape to change settings from Tru to False to disable and not to have Pro run prog but that didnt work either. I searched throught Total Commander and didnt find anything in HKCR,HKLM or HKCU...I'm thinking Hard reset...

it has to be in there..... did you look under the s section of the windows folder to see if the icon is right there?

Hey I just wanna say thanks BIG TIME!! I was having the same issue with missedcallreminder I installed and then removed. Kept popping up with this same error. But I used total commander and found it under the windows start up menu and problem solved!! So thanks again.
