description: During file transfer from my PC to my Diamond the process was stuck, then i have looked on my diamond and couldn't find Internal Storage via file explorer.
via memory manager there is a message of " Internal Storage is not installed".
i dont have backup of Internal storage and i don't want to format it. how i can safe my machine?
even after hard reset teh internal storage still gone!!
Now, i looked this thread https://www.wckediden.com/show...ernal+storage* (https://www.wckediden.com/showthread.php?t=181030&highlight=internal+storage*) and i tried to run the HotFix on my diamond but i got a message of "please use the correct device to install this HotFix Program".
how can i have back my Internal storage?
