kaos rom for the mogul

okay after finding the right rom for my mogul the only problem is opening the file and getting started but i can't help but wonder if i'm missing some things i have good skill with a computer as of late yet this phone stumps me at every turn is there anyone who has the skill to help me flash my phone without me turning it to a 600 dollar paper weight.
