I am running Mighty rom and was running juggalos rom. I have not been able to do a hard reset for awhile now. I have tried both ways and it is not working. some programs I have are not loading right so I thought that might help. TF3D is not loading for me if you are wondering. Thanks for the help.

so you tried, with the phone turned off, holding the vol down button, the circle and the power button....and you tried going to settings clear storage? if those aren't working you can flash a rom...any one, even the one you are currently running and that will hard reset your phone.

... Dont know what both ways your talking about... but turn OFF your device, then press and hold the vol dwn and the center/action button... then while holding those two down, press and hold the power button until the hard reset warning pops up... remember the device needs to be OFF...

if your still not gettin it, just do a clear storage from your setting folder under your start menu...

thats a MASTER RESET it restores everything back to factory settings....I had a rep tell me to do that when i first go my diamond....i was all wtf turn it off??? but ya its called a master reset....but to hard reset you dont have to turn it off....i can reopen the thread if this becomes confusing for the person needin help. but seems like he did a clear storge which is the same.
