[ ISSUE SOLVED ] how to make throttle lock themes

okay, i think this is simple, but i just need some confirmation. if i have a throttle lock theme, and i like the clock and icons, but i wanna change just the back ground, do i just resize the background, lines, and dots that i want, and just over write the existing ones with mines? i just wanna put that photo shop x to good use. thanks.
