i found a fix for the 2100 build issue, just replace the gwes.exe from your build to the updated build one so no rom hunting to have this working... attached is the files needed to be replaced for this to work

All Credit goes to Dharvey for the port

Thanks to btxakita, This is NOW release quality software!! This may look like fingermenu but it is actually created by HTC and is smoother, faster, and nicer looking than fingermenu.

NOTES:
1. You must have a 21000 OR HIGHER build on your device in order for this menu extension to work. Do not attempt to install this on any older builds because it won't work.
2. jlavoie tested this on his beta WM6.5 device build 21159 and reports that this does not work with WM6.5. As of right now this is WM6.1 only.

Installation instructions:
1. Install cab
2. Soft-reset
3. Enjoy

dont know since i dont have a verizon device.... just back the original up on your card in case it doesnt work so you can revert back to that if needed.
