hello i need help i have just downloaded this program but i can't get it to work it says " the application failed to intialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application" i really what this program i also what to put harry potter pics lol what do i do???

you need to give us more details...how are you trying to install? have you read the noob guide so you know how to install the different types of files.

Well I used Winrar to open the file when I had finish downloading it. Then I simply open the file then the folder and then the "Ascgen dotNET 0.9.6.0.exe" application because the rest is just pictures of the samples this program can do. so yeah and now I just tried to extract the file and its the same thing. I can open it because it tell me the same thing. So now what??? :connie_mykilroy:

Try re-downloading and trying again. The steps you are taking are correct. Also, what OS is your comp running on, it may be a conflict with your OS.

huh thats odd to tell the truth, you dont even have to install to use and i use on vista ultimate 64 bit without any troubles.

Are you only unzipping the application file because that file named "thumbs.db" is a database file and the program utilizes this to actually function in the way it's inteded to be used.

Theres a couple ways to make pictures look like the water and stuff is moving. It will be easier to find em already done as gifs, but if you want to know how to do it yourself in paint/photoshop, let me know and Ill link you.

What error are you talking about??? Or what error do you get???
If this is about the water moving effect….. this program "Convert Image To Text v096" doesn’t have that tool, it just makes images into text images.

The water effect is a separate tool use to make images have such moving effect!!! If so just go to one of the links posted by Superman369. Or try this one which is the one that I use!! just down Load it and it can make any image have water moving, or even make it rain and its easy to use!!

ok well what OS is your PC running on??? the file may be not be responding with your OS.
have you tried re-downloading and trying again??
one of the things that helped me out when i had problems installing program in my PC was upgrading my Service Pack. this has installed so many program i was not able to do so. my be ill work with you??
